1. Lid or closure

  • □ Outside diameter, height and skirt depth
  • □ Material, liner and tamper feature

  • □ Surface finish and acceptable cosmetic marking

Do I need to complete every checklist item?

No, but closure samples, jar samples, target output and a clear description of the required seal are the minimum useful starting point.

How many samples should I send?

The quantity depends on the planned trial. Include enough for setup, repeated running and destructive checks, with samples from normal production batches.

Can the supplier sign an NDA?

Confidentiality arrangements can be discussed before detailed product information or commercially sensitive samples are shared.
