Make your first jar-capping enquiry easy to assess
Describe the result you need and the problem with the present process. For example, distinguish slow hand tightening from lids arriving crooked or a jar moving under the closing head. A short account of when the problem occurs gives the enquiry more direction than a model name on its own.
